Chaibi Location BTP

Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This policy covers the Chaibi Location BTP Android app and this website. Chaibi Location BTP is the construction-material rental business of Mr. Said Chaibi, 765 lotissement Arsat Chaouia, Berrechid, Morocco.

1. Who uses the app

The app is used only by the owner, on his own phone, to manage his rentals. Customers do not install it and have no account in it.

2. What the app stores

To run the business, the owner records customers (name, national ID card number, address, phone, notes), materials and stock movements, rentals, payments and receipts. These records are stored only on the owner's phone, in the app's private storage.

The app has no server of its own, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. The data is never sold, and never shared except when the owner chooses to send a receipt or an export himself, for example through WhatsApp.

3. Google Drive backup and Google user data

The owner can connect his Google account to keep a daily backup. The app then asks Google for one permission only:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata — to create, read and delete the app's own files in a hidden folder of the owner's Google Drive.

The app uses this permission only to:

The app cannot see, open or change any other file in the owner's Drive. The email address of the connected Google account is kept on the phone to show which account is connected. Backups travel directly between the phone and Google; they are never sent to us or to any third party.

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not read by people.

4. Keeping and deleting data

5. Customers' rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08, a customer can ask the owner to see, correct or delete the information kept about them, using the contact details below.

6. This website

The website has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no analytics. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. The WhatsApp and phone links open those services, under their own privacy policies.

7. Security

The data is protected by the phone's own lock and by an optional app lock (a PIN or the phone's fingerprint or face unlock). Backups are protected by the owner's Google account.

8. Changes and contact
